The Odenwald, the romantic forested mountains between the Rhine, Main and Neckar. The house has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath and separate toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace access from the living room and balcony access from the bedroom. Furthermore, WLAN and TV-SAT system are available. The magnificent view from the terrace -ca. 30 m² and the balcony -ca. 14 m² - through the Ulfenbachtal - view of Corsica - is second to none. Here you can experience pure relaxation. From here you can go hiking, cycling mountain bike tours and excursions. In the vicinity you will also find numerous recreational opportunities such as solar tramway, summer toboggan run and climbing forest, swimming pools, Felsenmeer, model railway world, forest nature trail, mountain animal park, castle hiking in the Neckar Valley, Nibelungensteig and much more. Ganz wunderbar!
Sehr angenehmes Ferienhaus, viel Platz, super ausgestattet, wirklich sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, schön ruhig, tolle Terrasse und eine wahnsinnig nette Gastgeberin mit vielen nützlichen Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Alles da, was es für einen Urlaub braucht!
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt: Liegen, Auflagen, Gartenstühle, Grill, Platz und gemütliches Ambiente und Sitzmöbel im Haus! Vollständige Ausstattung vom Wasser- und Eierkocher über Toaster zu Backofen und Spülmaschine, es fehlte uns an nichts.
Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtet, dazu sehr sehr nette Vermieter - vielen Dank dafür!! Location absolut empfehlenswert!!

Wunderschöner Odenwald
Wir waren über ein langes Wochenende Anfang Juni dort. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, sauber,gemütich, Wahnsinns-Ausblick von der Terrasse und dem Balkon, der an das Schlafzimmer grenzt! Außerdem sehr nette Vermieterin:-)

Idyllische Lage perfekt zum erholen
Wir waren 5 Tage in dem Objekt.
Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden über alle Dinge informiert. Auch gab es Tipps für Ausflüge usw.
Das Haus ist top eingerichtet,vorallem die Küche.Es fehlt an nichts.Alle Räume sind grosszügig mit viel Platz.
Vielen Dank an Fr. Ballmann wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in herrlicher Lage mit sehr netten Gastgebern
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und einfach nur wirklich schön, die Küche und Terrasse dabei besonders. Herrliche Lage und sehr nette, freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr zu empfehlen.
