"Great Onsen and bedrock sauna on 9th floor and outside tub and room very good. Breakfast and dinner included buffet style not very good but it is optional, not many options nearby. Located in a residential area, high on a hill overlooking the bay so good views but not convenient."

"A really wonderful place to stay. Our family of four booked a traditional Japanese room and thought it was perfect - plenty of space, a comfortable couch, a bathroom well appointed and arranged. We loved the onsen and chance to book a smaller private onsen as well. The lounge upstairs with deck area was great to relax afterwards. We were sorry to leave!"

"Staff were very accommodating and helped us understand where everything was even though we only knew minimal Japanese. They took the time to make sure we were comfortable. We had the executive room with a separate bath facing the Miyajima Island. It was a beautiful view. The only thing we wished was that the bath would be bigger and that we had more time at the hotel! Although the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the port and major attractions, the complimentary shuttle service is very convenient and generally available upon request during working hours.
