Bedrooms: Our cottage features three cosy bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests (inclusive of Air Bed). You'll find two of the bedrooms furnished with king-size beds, offering peaceful views of the canal, while the third bedroom overlooks the rear garden and boasts a versatile cabin bed that can function as a single or double bed.

Living Spaces: Relax in the spacious and tastefully decorated living room, complete with two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment.

Kitchen/Diner: The fully functional kitchen/diner is adorned with elegant Versace wallpaper and equipped with modern appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together. Complimentary tea, coffee, and condiments are provided for your convenience.

Additional Sleeping Arrangements: For larger groups, we offer a double air bed, allowing the cottage to sleep up to 8 people comfortably. A travel cot and a high chair are also available, making it family-friendly.

Bathrooms: The cottage offers a main bathroom and an additional toilet, complete with complimentary toiletries. Bed linens and towels are provided for all guests.

Outdoor Bliss: Our large private rear garden is a true gem, featuring a delightful patio, a charming pergola, and comfortable sun loungers. It's the perfect spot to relax, dine al fresco, or bask in the sun. The front garden also offers outdoor seating where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the canal boats pass by.

"Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a Ring video doorbell and Ring camera floodlight in the garden that records those entering the home. There are no devices inside of the home."

Prior to arrival we will send you a unique key safe code to enter the property. We believe in letting our guests enjoy their stay alone, however if you do need anything we have people on hand to help you anyway possible.

Rules: This is a residential area and the guests should follow the below rules.
1. No parties or events at the house.
2. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people.
3. No Smoking inside the property
4. Pets are allowed.
5. Parking should be made in designated area. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
6. Quiet time after 11pm. We have neighbours with young children, so we politely ask our guests to be mindful of this.
7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining area.
8. Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided.
9. The wood burning stove is for decorative purposes only. Guests are not permitted to use it.
