Modern Holiday Home with Private Pool

This 4-bedroom holiday home in Sourbrodt is great to spend a holiday with a large family or group of 14 people. It has a private roofed swimming pool to cool off and a sauna to relax your muscles after a long day.

Nature lovers can head to the forest at 0.5 km and enjoy lovely walks or hikes in the beautiful Ardennes region. During winter, cross country trails at 0.5 km are a delight for adventure lovers. You will find supermarkets and bike rentals at 1 km for an independent holiday. Places to see near Sourbrodt include Signal de Botrange and Parc Naturel Hautes Fagnes-Eifel natural park.

The open kitchen invites you to prepare meals of choice and savor it together. In leisure hours, you can enjoy a match of table football or billiards with your peers. When the weather is nice, you can move out in the fenced furnished garden and enjoy barbecuing. There is a terrace to linger with a glass of wine until late hours. Cot and parking are available.

Student parties, bachelor parties or other parties are not allowed in this house. It is not allowed to bring a sound system and after 22:00 you have to respect the peace in this quiet area.

It was a fun weekend, but we were kinda bummed out that there was no jacuzzi even though it was prominently featured on several photos. The jacuzzi was one of the main reasons for us to book this specific villa.

Eher nicht mehr. Es wurde angekündigt als fast 1200€ 1500€ Kaution. Das war für uns neu, aber wir haben nie was kaputt gemacht, deswegen haben wir gedacht "in Ordnung, machen wir". Erst vom Ort wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir auch Nebenkosten zahlen müssen. Das hatten wir auch nie und bei Buchung wurde kein Wort darüber gesagt. Stornieren war ja natürlich zu spät und wir haben es angenommen. "Kann ja nicht zu viel sein". Mit Schlussrechnung waren wir schockiert.. 83,25€ für 3 Nächte für Strom. Soviel zahlen wir zu Hause pro Monat! Aber das ist nix, am coolsten war Schwimmbad.. 480€!!! Für Heizung. Gesamt für 3 Tage haben wir noch 578,25 € zugezahlt. Wahnsinn! Das Haus selbst kann ich persönlich nicht als Villa bezeichnen. Ganz günstig. Eher ein klein günstiges Hotel für 14 Personen. Ich würde es nur an Jugendliche empfehlen, welche mit großen Gruppen Spaß haben möchten . Nun vorsichtig mit Nebenkosten. Für Familien würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Wir wurde mehr als enttäuscht. Nennt man das nicht "versteckte Kosten"?..

Het is geen goed huis, het is erg versleten. We kwamen om te genieten van een weekend, maar het was niet echt goed vanwege dit oude huis.

Mooi huisje met goed functionerende faciliteiten. Gas, water en licht kosten (van te voren wel duidelijk aangegeven dat die er bij kwamen) vielen erg hoog uit (580 euro voor een weekend)
