This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the ground floor, offers majestic ocean views and is fronting a beautiful golden sandy beach. Fully finished and equipped with everything you need in your home away from home, this is the perfect spot to enjoy with your friends or family.

The recently remodeled granite countertop and bamboo cabinets, this kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need, including new stainless steel appliances and a dining table that comfortably seats 4 for your home cooked meals.

Sit back, relax and enjoy the view from the large sectional in the living room which boasts spectacular views of the beach and ocean as you are mere steps away from the beach.

Split level AC's in each room create a cool and comfortable experience and spectacular ocean views from the living room, premier bedroom and lanai make this a desirable vacation location.

The spacious premier bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, tv with cable, a full sized closet and exquisite views of the ocean. The 2nd bedroom also offers a king size bed that can also be made up to 2 twins if you wish, tv with cable and a sizable closet. For additional bedding, the sectional has a comfy cozy queen sized gel topped pullout.

The most central location on Maui, Maalaea town is a short drive from the airport, shopping and dining. Maalaea harbor is home to the Maui Ocean Center, Sports and Water Park, and most snorkeling tours, sunset cruises, and whale watching adventures take off from tis spot. You are within short walk to dining, shopping and beautiful beaches. A beautiful swimming pool and BBQ area are also located on property for your enjoyment.

Best Equipped Rental Condo Ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't say enough good things about this unit! From arrival to departure, we were delighted again and again. Arrival was extraordinarily pleasant: soft Hawaiian music playing on the living room tv; a pair of towel swans on the master bed - it was like being on a cruise ship! The kitchen has all the basics - plus a number of frills unexpected in a rental (perhaps every small appliance known to cook-dom!). A well-stocked spice cabinet enabled more cooking than we'd intended, and with a welcoming, nicely appointed, clean and homey environment like this unit we found ourselves more willing to stay "home." I'd stay here again in a heartbeat (and hope to, next trip to Maui)! The property managers were responsive and helpful when needed. As agreed, our security deposit was refunded promptly after our departure (my only negative: paying it up front and losing the use of that credit card capacity during our stay). All in all - a glorious sojourn!

Lovely condo

Ground floor location is amazing with easy access to the pool, BBQ and the lovely beachside. We BBQ'd most nights, and swam 2x a day. The beach directly in front has a beach wall, but you can step on to sandy beach at the end of the property and walk to a public beach park and keep going if you want a long beach walk. Ocean conditions varied but some days were calm and people were snorkeling. The view from the lawn is simply amazing, there are many turtles in the water just in front. Condo was nicely remodeled sometime in the past, leaving the old-style textured ceiling only in the closets. Couch and dining chairs a little worn but functional. The sofa bed was made up ahead of our arrival (just unfold), and comfortable to sleep in. Nicest condo complex out of the bunch in this area in our opinion.The lanai is in a great location with ocean views, spent a lot of time there, and under the shady tree right in front.There is modern A/C in every room and works well. Open the windows for the afternoon trade winds to cool down too. Visited in July, and it was lovely the entire time. Washer & dryer in the unit makes it easy to keep the towels clean and dry.
