Very nice lania, close to the pool, and a very nice pool. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. Property management very attentive.

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed here for 7 days. The property was clean and stocked with a decent amount of appliances. We loved the large lanai. In fact we told our parents and they have now booked the same property. Thanks !

Pretty nice

Condo is getting a little dated, but was clean and comfy. Mattress was decent, though headboard and frame a little annoying. Sofa bed was good enough as those things go. On our trip, the complex seemed to run a little older, though I'm guessing about everyone we saw was another renter. We tried to be very mindful of our kids (6 and 10) making noise. The condos were very quiet. Lanai was a nice place to sit, but not very scenic. Location: Condo is near A-Bay, which is a quick drive from here and good for kids. Also nearby are shops and restaurants. Queen's marketplace is excellent, not just for souvenirs but a quick lunch and even pancakes, eggs, and bacon for breakfast. Overall, a nice stay and I'd consider staying here again.

Property was very clean and everything was readily available. There is enough room for about 6 people comfortably. Quiet area but a close walk to shopping centers and other hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was clean, the complex was quiet, and my family was able to relax from the moment we walked in the door. I loved that the lanai was shaded at all times during the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and clean

The deep covered outdoor area is a major bonus, we at all of our meals out there. Location is good, with King's and Queens markets in walking distance. Waikoloa gives good driving access to Kohala, Waimea, and best beaches.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and pool area also very nice. Our unit was so comfortable and spotless. Lovely decor and fully appointed. Every time we looked for something it was there and more! Thoroughly relaxing stay.

Our new favorite place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in 202. It was so quiet and peaceful. It was fairly private and we loved that each bedroom had a king bed. The kitchen was well stocked. We did go buy better coffee mugs to donate to the cause, because the existing ones were a little small. We would definitely rent this place again.

Excellent rental with great amenities

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in Waikaloa: great location, we’ll maintained unit and grounds, spotless unit, well stocked kitchen with many small appliance options, loved the beach gear in the closet. Thank you for the great communication and appreciated the attempt to deal with the ants in the second bathroom. Hope you can get them removed.

Beautiful place, but needs a little TLC

We have stayed at the Shores before and love the property and location. The condo is very spacious and was clean. The kitchen was nice and had a Keurig and regular coffee pot. There were only 4 small 6oz coffee cups- I would recommend an upgrade to 8 or 10 oz. Agree that the refrigerator door should be switched to open on the opposite side. The ottomans were missing due to previous guests breaking them- I suggest getting some type of footrest or pouf, otherwise people are more likely to use the coffee table. Some of the ceramic tiles were cracked and the shower curtain wasn't secure. It was nice to have beach chairs , though they probably need upgraded as well. Maybe I am spoiled but every vrbo we have stayed at had the Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella which were on sale at Costco. We could hear the person walking in the condo above us but it wasn't too bad and luckily the guy below never complained about us! All in all we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Nice and spacious

-Watch out for washer. It ruined my swim stuff because got caught on lint trap. -Also the guy in 102 below the unit was rude when we first arrived, he was telling us to walk as softly as we could and asked if we understood what he was saying. Then he was explaining it again as if we didn’t understand English. -you will have a gate code, house code to get in the condo and a pool code. All different. Pros: -kitchen with dishes and pots and all the dishes you would need -Bedrooms with king beds own bathroom -Lanai with table -couch with couple of chairs and Netflix -Washer and dryer with soap -kitchen table -there are chair and stuff for beach out on the lanai, not sure what’s all there just saw them there Cons: -kinda far from town and airport, not too bad, just not a whole lot around -Dark walking to pool at night closes at 9 or 10 -Saw a few bug inside but that’s typical for anywhere. -Directions they email aren’t for right for the condo, the gps gave us the past the building

Hawaii vacation

The Shores at Waikaloa Beach

First trip to Hawaii. This unit was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Nicely decorated, kitchen was fabulous, and we even had beach towels, chairs and Boogie boards for our beach trips. Beautiful location close to shopping, food and many gorgeous beaches. 5 adults had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the time together. The concierge was always ready to help, although we never needed anything, but good to have them available. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, comfortable condo! Well appointed and clean!

We loved our stay at this condo. The lanai is roomy and comfortable. We appreciated the closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and beach toys. Only thing missing was a cooler. Condo is well decorated, beds are comfortable, and kitchen is well stocked. Maybe you could fix the fridge to open the other way- it was awkward and changing the direction is an easy fix. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!
