It was great. Good layout, easily accessible, pretty good location. Close to pool. Had beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and sand toys and snorkel sets.
We stayed at this property during our trip to the big island to visit family. It was a great unit for our small family, and worked out well for us. The unit was well equipped with supplies for the kitchen, pool, and beach.
Great place to stay if you’re looking for a 2bed/2bath condo. Pools on the complex are nice and the condo comes with 3 beach chairs and an umbrella. They should add one more beach chair….
The condo was clean, property manager was very communicative and for a family of 5 it worked really well. The pool was a bit cool (some would say refreshing) but overall it is a good unit in a good development.
This property was perfect for our family of 6 with a great location on the island. We enjoyed all of the beaches within 10 miles and loved having Queens and King Market close by for coffee, food, and treats. The condo is beautifully updated with a very clean and fresh feel. Having chairs, umbrella, and various beach toys available along with a stocked kitchen sure makes traveling easier. Thank you for a great week!
Incredible remodeled place! Very clean and stocked with supplies and beach items. Grocery store and shopping village close, lots of walking paths. Pool is nice! Great location, just note you do have to drive to any nearby beach which is totally fine and there is not a BBQ right out back there is one at the pool. Thanks again!
We really like our stay here. The house is well updated and all the things provided were in good condition. The area was quiet and spacious. It was at the end unit that is close to a kid friendly pool. Most amenities were provided for our week long stay. Parking can be tight. We had to use extra care going in/out with our van.
Management was responsive to our questions and needs. Plenty of beach accessories were left behind for us to use. Overall, we would recommend this place to others and would like return here in the future.
This property provided such a comfortable stay for my family. There were pool toys, beach chairs, towels, available to use with an umbrella, so that was awesome. The beds were comfortable. The pool was close by, I was able to bbq by the pool too. Thank you for a great stay!
We loved our stay at this property! The location was perfect, the home was beautiful and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the check-in and check-out were super easy. We especially appreciated the beach items that were available in the garage. A great experience in every way.
Place worked out great as we used it for just sleep and work.
Internet needs attention. It quits several times during use and when we are working remote caused a few issues.

Very lovely accomodations and great location.
Other than several maintenance issues that needed to be addressed we have nothing but complimentary words to say about our villa. It really felt like our home away from home. It slept four comfortably. Sofa sleeper was quite uncomfortable but my family made it work. We were there during a time when considerable work was being done on the lava rocks by our villa which created a great deal of early morning noise but we realize this is probably not a usual occurrence. We would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay on the Big Island!

The property was directly adjacent to the entry gate with a constant flow of traffic thru the gates. The condo DOES NOT have an exterior parking space and the so-called free spaces were constantly occupied by other owners who used red cones to block access for others, therefore, renters had to park in an extremely tight garage. Also, upstairs bedroom did not have a chair or bench seat so that you could sit down and put on your socks and shoes. I just used the stairs. Otherwise, the place was well located in Waikaloa Village, and had a great updated interior.
Place is clean and near the shopping center. Owner provided more than enough beach towels. Boggie boards and pool/beach floaties are also provided. Thank you!
Great stay in a nice and secure community. Unit was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had just about everything we needed for out stay. Garage parking is a little tight or impossible for larger vehicles but you may always use an unreserved spot elsewhere in the area.
Michelle was very helpful and responded to all communications promptly and professionally. I would definitely rent from again in the future!
Very well equipped kitchen, towels and bed linens were not the best quality. The bedroom on the main floor could use a dresser for clothes storage. The property was clean and well looked after.
They’ve updated the place and location is perfect. We’ve stayed here several times and the owners were great about moving our stay in response to the Covid restrictions. This stay was originally scheduled for April 2020 and we were finally able to take advantage of it for Xmas/New Years 2021.

Great location, but only minor issue is it’s a condo (not a resort) as is posted everywhere, pool, etc. We wish the pool area was open before 8am. And the neighbor, the “retired judge/attorney” at 2704, was extremely rude and reminded us that we were “renters and she’s an owner.” Other neighbors said she was a “pistol” and unpleasant to most people so we were reassured it wasn’t just us. Other than that, place was perfect and clean!
We had such a great time staying at this condo. It was perfect for our family, including our elderly grandmother and two young kids. The kitchen is easy to use, with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. We cooked most of our meals and ate in during our 8 day stay. Spent lots of time at the two different pools in the condo complex. One of them is really close to this unit, but far enough away to not be disturbed by noise. The other is a 10 minute walk across the complex. Both were great for kids and grown ups alike. Beds at the condo were super comfortable, and the whole experience was great. If you're looking for a quiet vacation spot with easy pool and ocean access, this unit is highly recommended.
