This 1,283-square-foot home sleeps up to six guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, and a private balcony ideal for soaking up Hawaiian sunsets. Enjoy exclusive access to community pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts, plus a complimentary Hilton Waikoloa Pool Pass for 2026 that unlocks additional resort amenities. The condo comes outfitted with beach gear including chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella, making it effortless to explore white-sand beaches and enjoy snorkeling, swimming, or simply relaxing oceanside. Free WiFi, reserved parking, and thoughtfully stocked essentials ensure a seamless, worry-free Hawaiian retreat.

    Shores at Waikoloa 306 is located in the Sandalwood Tower Building at the Shores at Waikoloa. It is on the third floor. There is elevator access to the third floor.

    HILTON POOL PASS: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. 10% discount on spa treatments, lagoon toy and cabana rental and food at Lagoon Grill, Orchid Marketplace and Shaka Cone.  No blackout dates. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be guests of ResorticaHawaii. There are no exceptions to this policy, and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased; they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticaHawaii vacation rental properties. If a pass is lost or damaged, there is an up to $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

    PARKING: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Any additional car is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
    NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
    PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
    BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
    "START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This is one of the nicest VRBO stays we’ve had and hope to return. Beautiful, clean condo in perfect condition, great location.Luxurious bathrooms and showers. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Hilton Waikoloa and beaches. From the top floor deck you can view sunsets and Mauna Kea in the distance, while also enjoying the wild birds in the parrot family fly between palm trees. Beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment etc. available for guests.Great communication with the management company.

Family Vacation

Loved the condo. The wrap around lanai is excellent. Both bedrooms have access to bathrooms from inside the bedrooms. The washer/dryer is a plus as is the AC. Very much enjoyed our stay. Luckily the pass to the Hilton allowed us access to pools as the condo pool was under construction.

Perfect for a short conference stay

Wasn't able to book a room in the conference block at the Hilton and found this listing instead; worked out perfectly. It's a short walk to the hotel and much quieter (plus for me at least it gave a nice break from having to interact with fellow conference attendees). Spacious, clean, easy check in and out. I didn't really need the kitchen or patio but it would be a great spot for a group.

Clean and well located

We spent 6 days at this apartment. It was very clean, well maintained property with great accommodations. We had a lovely and relaxing time. Very quiet location. Property's lanai is north facing so it it was nice and not hot to hang out on it. Lanai is big with a small electrical grill that worked well for us. Bedrooms have comfy beds and their own TVs that came handy. Well stocked and labeled kitchen that we used extensively as well. Living room and dining room have a solid and comfortable furniture. We especially appreciated a large dining table that we used during Thanksgiving dinner. It was also easy to take a advantage of Hilton Pools Pass which used for several days. Over all great experience and thank you for making check-out procedure easy... :)

Very Accommodating

The property management was very responsive and professsional and accommodated our request for a slightly early check in which was great. The check in process was smooth and efficient. The unit was very clean and looks just like the listing photos. The unit is a little dated but everything was clean and comfortable and the bedding was nice. The views of the sunrises and sunsets from the lanai exceeded expectations. The unit was well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay and our kids really enjoyed having access to the Hilton’s pools and lagoon. Would definitely stay here again, so much more comfortable and convenient than a hotel.Only negative is that we had some issues with the AC not working right for a couple days of our stay. However, the property management sent someone out promptly to fix the HVAC unit and overall they were very communicative and responsive.

The property was very well provisioned and had excellent air conditioning. The air conditioning can be controlled either by temperature of humidity. If you set the humidity to an unreasonably low level (30%), it will get very cold because it will stay on all the time.The beds were good and access to the Waikoloa Resort was a big plus. Being on the 3rd floor and on the end helped it to be very quite. Much better value than a hotel room. It felt like a regular house.

10/10! Close to shops and restaurants. The Hilton pool pass was amazing for the family. The only thing that was missing is a BBQ. The pictures showed one on the patio and the description said there was one but we could not find it anywhere. Overall the property was amazing and perfect for our family vacation.

Clean and quiet getaway

Was a short walk to the water. The parking was limited if you have more than one vehicle, but not a huge inconvenience. Maintenance was very quick to come fix some minor inconveniences. Would absolutely stay again.

Hawaiian Vacation

This rental was helpful for our family of 5. We would have needed two hotel rooms for our family, and this is a much better option. The washer and dryer was very helpful. We had full access to the Hilton property and pools. This was a great trip.

Everything was nearly perfect!! Just 3 minor things: indicate exactly where at Hilton Waikoloa we need to go for wrist bands - we had to ask the concierge there..... in our case, we never did get the bands, too busy with other events!!! But the parking validation needs to be done with the bell captain. Lastly, we did not know this unit was at the back of Shores at Waikoloa, which added quite a bit of walking distance to the Hilton, King's Shops, etc..... not a big deal but we ended up driving out more often than I had hoped.

Great Location, Great Amenities

The unit is located in the Shores gated community just adjacent to the Hilton Waikoloa resort and includes day passes to the resort. These were a great benefit and we used them twice. Beautiful lanai with golf course views. Unit was well stocked and labelled locations for all supplies including beach chairs, boogie boards and sports gear along with games!

Absolutely fantastic for families!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at 306 Shores at Waikoloa! The unit is an ideal set up for families of small children - or children of any age. The condo was very clean with soft carpet, stocked with chairs, coolers, towels and laundry detergent! We enjoyed the community pool just steps away from the condo, and we also enjoyed the Hilton property pool pass several days. Waikoloa village was a great location, with Island Gourmet Market for groceries and beautiful A-bay for swimming all super close. If you have kids and are looking for a magical, yet practical, Big Island vacation - book here! ResorticaHawaii was fantastic to work with and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Although I was initially disappointed to be charged an unexpected service fee—especially since it wasn’t clearly explained in advance—I ended up discovering a condominium that far exceeded my expectations. The amenities were well thought out and fully equipped, allowing me to enjoy a truly dreamlike vacation.As someone with limited experience booking condominiums, I didn’t fully understand the pricing structure at first. It wasn’t until I reached out to the property owner before my trip that I received a clear explanation and felt reassured.Since this property seems to be listed through Expedia, I would appreciate it if Expedia could provide more transparent and user-friendly information about fees and pricing details upfront.

Shores 306

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Overall it was great. If I could make a suggestion, either replace the knives or sharpen them. They are the same knives that we used 2 years ago and have yet to be replaced. Also,the carpet was clean but very stained. We love The Shores and would stay in this unit again

Large Spaces and Great Location

The living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and wrap around deck are all very generously sized. We loved walking distance to the water and walking paths. Our favorite was the included pass to the Hilton Resort with their large pools and gym. Bring your own laundry detergent, shampoo & conditioner (they provide a small size of shampoo only), and sandwich bags/ to go lunch containers.
