- Newly renovated top-floor penthouse condo with beautiful views at the acclaimed Waikoloa Resort. Completely renovated and re-furnished in 2021, this new-to-market property is one of the most desirable rentals at the centrally-located Fairway Villas community. Located on the third floor, B34 has loft ceilings in the living room that create a spacious and luxurious ambiance. The kitchen, attached to the main living room, has all new appliances.
