3 BR penthouse with easy beach access - Hilton Waikoloa Access Included

  • Enjoy easy beach access and an amazing view from this three bedroom penthouse at Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort. From the minute you walk into the villa you will be struck by the size and amazing view.

    The large great room has expansive views of the beach and ocean. The living area has two couches with a chair facing an LCD television with a DVD player. The gourmet kitchen has a large granite island, stainless steel appliances, large mahogany cabinetry, and is well equipped for all of your cooking needs. The dining area seats 6. Enjoy the amazing view from all of these areas!

    Open the large pocket doors off of the great room to enjoy the expansive lanai. Here you will find a wet bar with a stainless steel grill along with a dining area and lounging area. From here you can see the beach, ocean, Beach Club, and mountains.

    On one side of the villa are the two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables. There is a large walk in closet. The ocean is viewable from the large windows. The spacious master bath has a deep soaking tub, walk in shower with dual shower heads, and dual granite vanities. The other master bedroom also has a king size bed.

    On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom which has a queen size bed.
