"Beautiful place to stay but communication with the staff is difficult because office hours is 10 to 6 only. Don’t even put a number where you can contact after hours. I arrived at the property after 6 and l was struggled to find out how to check into my unit not knowing that they emailed me an instruction how to get into my unit"

"I stayed 10 nights at this property. Condo is well kept, it had all necessary appliances and features a condo should have and even beach chair, snorkels and surf boards probably left by previous guests. It was a pleasure going to the pool and jacuzzi. There are a good number of Bbqs in good condition and kept clean. "Room was large and spacious. Walk in closet. Large HDTV. We got to see an endangered nene goose from our balcony! Only negatives about the room was shower/tub drain was very slow. The lights could have been brighter in the room. Palace tower, room 3269. PS My wife was distressed at the hungry kittens that appeared in the morning and evening begging to be fed. They should be taken to an animal shelter and not euthanized. The hotel staff was wonderful."
