Holiday Special with Golf Course Views - 2 Bed, 2 Bath Hawaiian Vacation

Welcome to Island Therapy! Located just 20 minutes north of the Kona (KOA) airport, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa offers all the amenities for a wonderful Hawaiian vacation. Stop at Costco on the way from the airport and pick up everything that you need and prepare it in our fully stocked kitchen.

Our two bedroom, two bath villa is located at Fairway Villas in Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is beautifully decorated and furnished in island style décor for your comfort and has been recently upgraded with a new master bathroom. The unit is located on the second floor and easily accessed by elevator or stairs. The villa is in the B building facing the golf course and the Mauna Kea and Kohala Mountains. This view is perfect for those picturesque Hawaii sunrises. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker and blender. You can enjoy meals in the dining area, at the bar stools in the kitchen, or on the lanai overlooking the golf course with a view of the Mountains. The complex includes a heated infinity pool overlooking King’s Lake, an elevated waterfall spa, multiple grills with a picnic area, and a fitness center, all right across the street from the building for your use.

Located within the world class Waikoloa Beach Resort, our villa is walking distance to both the Queen’s Marketplace and King’s Shops for dining out options and shopping. Also nearby, is the ancient petroglyph trail, pretty much in our backyard. A flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, and board games can be found in the villa for your enjoyment. Additional amenities include central A/C, a washer and dryer, a reserved parking spot and free wi-fi. This villa sleeps 4-6 guests with a convertible sofa. The well-appointed master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom was recently remodeled in 2020 and has an amazing spa like walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has one queen bed, a flat screen TV and a large closet with an adjoining guest bathroom. Some extra special amenities this villa has over other condos in the area are a Nest Thermostat for ease of setting the temperature, keyless entry, an AppleTV in the living room to mirror your iPhone so you can share your vacation photos with the family, an Echo Show in the kitchen for streaming music, reading recipes or reaching the owners, and all tile throughout the villa (no carpet!).

Great snorkeling and swimming can be found nearby (10 minute walk from condo) at Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay). Hapuna Beach, great for boogie boarding, is just 10 minutes by car, as well as several other amazing beaches. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, and an umbrella are in the unit for your use. Two golf courses are available at the Waikoloa Beach Resort; the Beach Course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., and the King’s Course designed by Tom Weiskopf. Nearby (within 15 minutes) you will also find several other world-class courses including the Mauna Lani course, the Mauna Kea course, and Hapuna course designed by Arnold Palmer.

Nearby you have the option to enjoy the spas and restaurants at the Marriott. Or you can visit the dolphins at Dolphin Discovery and take a tram to the shops and restaurants of the Hilton. While there don’t forget to experience a luau and enjoy the sunset over the ocean. There are so many activities and there is something for everyone! We have a guide book of favorite things to do located in the condo for your planning pleasure. We do welcome long term stays as well so if that is something you are interested in please inquire about special rates for long stays.

Great location and all beach gear!

You will have everything you need at this property. We appreciated beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Location was fantastic and we were able to easily walk to Kings and Queens shop.

Wonderful Hawaiian getaway

The condo in Hawaii was perfect for our stay. Very clean, comfortable bed, good sized kitchen and living areas. Close to shopping, grocery stores, beaches and great restaurants. The pool, spa and gym were great as well. Super relaxing and beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Even better than the larger resorts!

Relaxing retreat

I highly recommend! It is well stocked, we were grateful for the body boards and chairs for the beach we used them often. Also thankful for the well stocked kitchen, it had everything we needed to prepare meals. The a/c was nice for a relaxing break in the warm afternoons. The master is spacious and comfortable And the location is great! 10/10

Lovely condo in Fairway Villas

We really enjoyed staying at Michelle‘s condo. We have been to the big island a few times and always like to stay in this area. Close to all the beaches that we enjoy, and yet still a short drive to Kailua Kona we really enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub that are central to the gated condo community here. We will be back!

The location is great. Walking distance to the beach, beautiful pool and gym area. The view of the sunrise over the golf course was icing on the cake. Comfortable beds and restrooms with lots of space. Really appreciate the little details: spices & K-cup coffee maker; beach accessories & ice chests. Home away from our own home- MAHALO!

Great stay on the Big Island

Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The condo was in very good condition and was equipped with everything that we needed. Our communications with the owners were always very prompt and helpful. The closest with beach items was more than we could have hoped for as well. The location of the property made it easy to get wherever we needed on the island. Next time we are on Hawaii this property will be the first one we look for!

Staycation Getaway

Unit was very well equipped, especially kitchen appliances, dishes and cookware. Lots of condiments, some papergoods also. The only downside was very dim lighting and quite a few roaches in every room; needs fumigating.Otherwise, very enjoyable stay; nice pool, jaccuzi and exercise room.

Quiet and Relaxing Condo

My family really enjoyed the closeness of the condo to all ameneties and beaches. The condo provided a perfect base for us to cook some meals and have peaceful Hawaiian evenings surrounded by the volcanic rock and the beauty if the island. Thank you and looking fieward to booking a return visit. :)

Beautiful Property!

Loved our stay! Great property and loved the pool. Enjoyed our morning walks around the property and Waikoloa Village. We were able to walk to restaurants in both the Queens and Kings Marketplaces. The unit was well equipped beyond expectations. Communication with Michelle was easy and she was very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Overall as described. Very clean. Nice pool close by, though got crowded quickly - this was over the holidays, so probably as expected. Nicely stocked - plates, glasses, etc. condiments, even some beers. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and even mini golf. Do get some neighbor noise from above - it is a condo..nothing terrible.

Dream stay!

We love the Fairways Villas as a location and this apartment was perfect, it had everything we needed from umbrellas, cool bags (eski) chairs and snorkels. The apartment was a great location close to all shops, had great space and the breeze through kept it nice and cool without having to live on AC a welcomed break from having to have AC on like in other places. Our hosts were generous with advice, discount info for golf and check-in through to ensure all going well in the week.We can’t wait to comeback.
