"Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Very nice staff. Great to be able to walk to town/restaurants. Easy parking. Adequate kitchen. Good launch pad for the many pretty corners of the Coromandel. My only issue was with the amount of light that got through all the curtains. I like dark. Dark was not an option."

"Very basic and minimalist, but good for a short stay. The cabin is in a secluded spot surrounded by trees, a running stream, and bird calls - so it was great for nature lovers and stag gazing. This isn't an 'all-inclusive' type experience - coffee/tea/milk/shower soap is not supplied. We were impressed by the cleanliness. Suggest you bring along a blanket (we got cold in the night - the duvet and blankets provided are quite thin) and perhaps a pack of cards/portable speaker. The cabin did the job for us, but you could probably get better value for money closer to town."

"Easy and friendly communication with host and easy check-in.We were four adults on a motorcycling/fishing break midweek, staying for two nights.The two seperate rooms have comfortable beds and kitchen has everything required to cook an evening meal.The covered outside area is handy during daytime hours.The main house could do with a second toilet.Beautiful location, far from the crowded suburbs of Auckland."
