Load the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
CLOSE all 4 windows! CLOSE sliding glass door! (this is a must in the event of rain and wind storm)
REMOVE all food and trash to local dumpster, downstairs and 50 feet to the left of our unit. This is CRITICAL to avoid bugs. (We are in the tropics after all)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Remove SHOES inside the condominium at ALL TIMES.
Lease Agreement MUST be signed and copy of Government Issued Identification submitted per Homeowners Association Rules 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
