I was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub weren't working and in fact, hadn't been for quite some time. Construction. Nothing was mentioned about these NOT being available when I looked on-line. This is why I choose this particular place. The property is very clean. Also, I was surprised that the front doors don't have handicap access buttons to open them. I'm not well versed in the laws that govern these things but doesn't the American Disabities Act cover something like this? - -Made a call and found out that neither the city nor the state require these doors openers. How sad that this place won't take care of people with disabilities. I think that should also be noted on the hotel info sheet.

Wonderfull place to stay and great staff!
The Baymont was a great place to stay for our family's late Xmas gathering. The staff was fantastic, especially Jean at the front desk! We were able to arrange using the conference room for our festivities. I definitely recommend staying here when in Whapeton.

We stayed last minute during bad winter weather close to the holidays and the hotel was very quiet. The employees were extremely kind and helpful. We had the entire pool area to ourselves which was ideal with three small kids. Our room was clean, beds we’re comfortable & perfect for a last minute stay. Breakfast was great. We’d stay again.
