Inside, a light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area joins two double bedrooms, a bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, and a full laundry. Well suited to couples, solo travellers and small groups.

HEATING AND COOLING:

Pirouette Place is kept comfortable year-round by a reverse cycle air conditioner in the open-plan living area, supported by ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Leaving the bedroom doors open carries the heating and cooling through the home.

BNB Made Easy is a professional short-term rental property management company, so rest assured your stay at Pirouette Place will be professionally managed, thoughtfully prepared, and easy to settle into. Once a dance studio, the home has been fully converted into a bright, self-contained retreat — the ballerina at the entry pays tribute to its past life. A private path leads past courtyard seating to your own keypad entry, completely separate from the main residence. Inside, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is freshly finished with timber-look floors and plantation shutters, both double bedrooms sit off the living space, and the laundry is neatly concealed behind a mirrored sliding door.



THE LOCATION:

Pirouette Place sits on Morgan Street in the centre of Wagga Wagga, in the middle of one of the city's best food pockets. Artisan Baker is a few doors down for sourdough and pastries, Carlo's Café is across the road for all-day breakfast and specialty coffee, and The Oakroom Kitchen and Bar is on the same street for dinner. Baylis Street shopping is around 350m away, Victory Memorial Gardens roughly 700m, the Museum of the Riverina under 1km, and Wagga Beach on the Murrumbidgee River about a 15-minute walk.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

Other Things to Note:

Parking is available on the driveway in front of the right-hand roller door (line vehicles up behind each other if more than one) — please avoid parking in front of the left-hand roller door, as the driveway is shared. Street parking is also available on Morgan Street and surrounding streets, though spaces can be tighter on weekdays during business hours.
