"What a score this place is!! Perfect for a couples getaway. The access to a car made it possible for us to explore the whole island, which was exactly what we were looking for! James and Samantha also included a beach pass to Lamberts Cove. What a spectacular beach! It was very quiet, clean and easy to get to. Our hosts had excellent lines of communication open at all times and were very sensitive to our travel needs! We will be back!!!"

"Good eclectic mix of historical construction next to virtually new construction. A wonderful outdoor shower and a farmer’s field out back. House is by a 45MPH country road, which we already knew (my family owns a house about a mile or two away and we pass by this property almost every day we are on-island). A classic Marthas Vineyard summer home."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this house! The layout was perfect — all the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for our whole group. We especially loved the bright, open living space and the kitchen, which made gathering together so easy. The house was clean and full of natural light.The back deck with its patio seating was the perfect spot for an early morning coffee, and the large open field was great for a soccer game with our group. Plus, the hot tub was an amazing bonus. It was so much fun after a long day!We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would absolutely love to come back again!"

"The home is absolutely breathtaking on the outside. Walking in the early morning with a cup of coffee, surrounded by the sounds of nature, is simply breathtaking. It's a quiet, quaint location just off the beaten path—perfect for peace and reflection.Although our stay was during the cooler months and we anticipated the home might feel drafty, it warmed up beautifully and fought off any potential chill, making it perfectly cozy throughout.While the interior lighting could benefit from updated LED bulbs and perhaps a TV in each bedroom, the natural sunlight brightens the home wonderfully during the day.I especially loved the soaking tub upstairs—it’s the perfect excuse to slow down, relax, and unwind."
