NEW Construction: a Love Letter to Martha's Vineyard

"What a gem. We were so lucky to find this beautiful home, it's exactly what we envisioned for our time here. A peaceful farmland oasis away from the crowds but perfectly accessible to everything we needed. Jack was extremely responsive and helpful with the preparations before and during our stay, what a seamless process it was all around. The house itself was immaculate - everything was updated, clean, well equipped, and beautifully designed down to the very last detail. It felt personal but luxe and we greatly appreciated the thought and organization put into every room. Biggest bonus was the heated outdoor shower post sunset swims. Thank you Murphy family for sharing this beautiful place with us."

"Our vacation at Serenity Farm was just what we hoped for. The house was clean and comfortable. Our stay was relaxing and peaceful.As well, our hosts were very welcoming and accommocating. We would definately come back for another stay."

"A wonderful cottage with everything you could ever need. Every time we pulled into the driveway we were struck by the incredible view! It’s small but the outdoor decks on three sides, open to the living room makes it feel larger and quite airy. Loved it here!"

"We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental. The communication was excellent, with the host checking on us several time to be certain all needs were met, and to encourage us to reach out should we need anything. We had everything we needed, and it was delightful. The only problem - our time there was too short."
Magical House in the Trees with Water View - Secluded Area

"House is very well designed and a pleasure to be in. It is clearly a home with all the little things that make it very comfortable: good pots, nice dishes, extra blankets, a few old bikes and beach chairs, cleaning supplies, bath soaps, etc. Location is beautiful if you like it quiet and do not mind being 35 to 45 minutes from town. Plenty to do: morning walks on quiet roads, visit Memensha fish markets for seafood or chowder, visit the bakery, gift and lunch shops at the lighthouse or enjoy the beaches. Sound is easy to swim in, ocean is spectacular. We walked and biked everywhere. Host is agreeable and very responsive. A fabulous place!"

"In all our years spending time on MV this is the first time we have stayed in the island in June. Would say the best weather and not too packed yet for summer. This house was a great stay for my family. Saw a lot of nature life, wild turkeys and bunnies mainly. Definitely felt like a cottage with the wooden structure and setup. Nice daytime lighting all over the house and the AC was strong. AC is key for my wife and she was happy with the AC units that cooled down the entire house. Katya was great with any questions and suggestions for island activities. The house is near downtown W. Tisbury so you can hop out quickly if you need something for the house. Lambert’s Cove Beach was awesome and our first time having access to that beach (with a permit). Best sunsets there. Overall I would recommend this cabin for a more private and nature style of house living on the vineyard with easy access to all main towns and the beaches."
