The beautifully furnished kitchen/dining area is perfectly designed for memorable evenings spent with loved ones, equipped with all the essentials for a hassle-free getaway. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, built-in double oven and built-in microwave, ensuring convenience during your stay. Meanwhile, the elegant dining area comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it perfect for memorable group meals during your stay in this wonderful self-catering property. Spacious house in quiet location. Spent the week with friends. Spacious kitchen and longe area, good sized bedrooms. 20 min walk to Polzeath. Recommend the Cracking Crab for seafood, and St Enedoc Hotel bistro. Plenty of coastal walks and body boarding. Very good holiday

Stunning location - excellent accommodation!

What an amazing property - plenty of space, Superb modern Kitchen/Dining room with everything you need. All bathrooms very modern & very clean. Great patio areas with views. Location great and we did a lot of local walks to Polzeath/Rock & Daymer Bay. The Clubhouse has very good food especially the mussels. Would highly recommend this property.

Super home with all mod cons!

Lovely house very well equipped. Super comfortable beds and lovely pillows ! Pretty setting. Recommended especially if you have dogs . The dawn bird chorus was incredibly beautiful but that was at about 5am!
