Additionally, we were disappointed to find that the room was missing essential items like soap and towels, which were not provided. Found that the staff were not friendly, their responses were unhelpful and unresponsive. On the positive side, the property rooms were clean."

"Room was not as advertised at all and the whole property was in terrible condition. Our room was supposed to have a television, but someone either stole or destroyed it, so there was only the tv mount and a hole in the wall. The sheets had stains all over them, we were told the sheets were clean and they just couldn't get the stains out. Other guests were smoking cigarettes and other substances, the whole property smelled bad. An employee even warned us the property was bad and the low price attracted a horrible clientele. "
