Great hotel to stay at! Rooms and bathrooms are nice and staff is super friendly. Location is good and although it is close to the Shin-okachimachi subway station (which services the Tsukuba express and Oedo line), you need to walk a bit to get to the JR lines. There are restaurants and shopping nearby and they also offer luggage storage and delivery to next hotel. Would recommend!

Loved location, cleanness, and friendly staffs in the hotel. It is one of the most beautiful hotel to stay around there! Wish I had more time to fully enjoy everything offered at this place. Loved Japanese garden, breakfast buffet, and super comfortable room!

One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you.
