No stay. Home overbooked.
I rented this property to meet up with my brother and his wife for just an overnight stay. When we arrived we could not find a place named Sunflower Inn and the one place we did find was called Esperanza Inn and there were already guests staying there. Upon talking to the owner he informed us that his unit somehow got overbooked and there was nowhere for us to stay. We immediately asked for a refund and he assured us we would be fully refunded, We waited the rest of that day to see a refund, but never got one. I called Vrbo customer service and was again assured I would get a full refund, but received no indication when that would be. I was told to call back with a report number the next day. Praying I will get my money back. Not a good experience. Not sure who to blame or believe about what happened, but we had to get other accommodations and spent $40 more than expected.

Unique Place, Great Family
John and his family are great. The rental is right next to their home on a piece of property near Elm Mott. 15 minutes to Silos/Baylor. There is a great little bakery 2 miles away. The place is small but worked for the 5 of us. No dining table but clean and well equipped. The outside could be better kept.

Darling and Charming
My sisters and I stayed here for a few nights on a trip to the Silos at Magnolia. Quaint little rooms with darling decor situated on a family farm 15 minutes away from the silos. It was perfect for 3 people, and 5 could fit. The family who runs it is very friendly and accommodating. Fun to see the chickens and especially the dog (Jackson) on the property. Would definitely go back!

Great Price
This stay had a great location for exploring Waco. It is set on a quiet property and was the perfect sprinboard for exploring the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame, the Dr. Pepper museum, and of course, the famous Silos and Magnolia Market. There was no TV but we booked the property to sleep and explore the area. The twin bed had trundle mattresses underneath so six people can stay in relative comfort.
