"It was in a perfect location for really getting to enjoy the Old Town and the castle. just up from the river, it was centrally located to all the life that lives along the banks. The outdoor movies that were shown during the film festival were a pleasant surprise. The room was extremely spacious, and having a Lidl just up the street meant we could stock the fridge with the necessities we needed. "This was a very convenient place to stay outside Ljubljana! There's a lovely restaurant across the street, so that's super easy. There are a few grocery stores that were a quick drive away as well. Hotel had a nice bathroom and a desk to work at if needed. There's a bit of an outside space out back to sit and also some things for kids to do if you're traveling with kids. Parking was totally fine. Great place! "

"Exterior looks like a building occupied by punkers. Reception was tiny and busy, but effective. We got a day short on our keys, but it was fixed quick enough. Rooms were clean, cool, quiet, and functional. Nothing fancy at all but we had a very good sleep over 3 nights. Showerhead was terrible."

"I felt like this experience gave a glimpse into maybe how locals live. It was a very good size place to stay. The breakfast was my favorite one after being in Europe almost 3 weeks. Crepes- yum! The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was a charming place and I’m glad we stayed there! Nice to have parking taken care of too. "

"The apartment was very attractively decorated and had all we needed for our stay. It was quite spacious and the a/c was quiet, though not as strong as most Americans prefer lol There were some thoughtful touches that were appreciated, such as coffee, a universal plug adapter & umbrellas. Theocation was good as well, with an easy walk to the center. The apartment lunks to an inderground parking garae & theres a littlecafe/pub at the entrance which was quite convenient. The only negative for us...
