"Bei der Buchung steht es würde keine Rezeption geben. Die gibt es, die Heizungen haben gemacht was sie wollten dementsprechend kalt war es. Man muss für Handtücher Pfand von 6 Euro bezahlen man bekommt nichtmal eins um sich die Hände abzutrocknen. Diese Info wäre hilfreich gewesen davon wussten wir nichts.Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und ich sehe es ein wenn Haarbüschel rumliegen, dass ich die selbstverständlich wegräume. Aber nach dem Aufenthalt zu saugen,wischen etc. finde ich für den Preis...

"Excellent location. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Good to have nice coffee + croissant in the morning and a glass of wine/ pint of beer at night in the bar on G/F. My son absolutely loves staying there with all the board games as well. Will return when I'm in Rotterdam again."

Staff was helpful and very accommodating during check in and checkout.We never had a chance to eat our breakfast because we need to be at the airport 3hrs prior and it was an early flight. The bar was superb, cozy ambiance and we have met a great man who took our orders, he’s an intern there …David is amazing person , he’s a from Philippines. Kudos to the admin and staffs, my only suggestion please provide more shuttle bus or makes a frequent trip not every 30mins only during busy hrs like early morning and night pick up from the airport, so much guests during those peak hrs"

"Very clean and spacious room, convenient distance from the airport. The dinner buffet was varied and delicious. The only negative experience was that instead of helping to make a reservation for the breakfast buffet, the restaurant staff instructed to make the reservation online, which required prepayment. Two people from my party were sick and unable to make it to breakfast. The restaurant was not busy at all early in the morning (plenty of empty tables). I explained the situation to the hostess and requested a refund for the 2 people, but she said that only the manager would be able to help. I was unable to speak with the manager, but the hostess later said that she was told that the refund could only be requested online. The website does not offer this option, so I brought this matter up at Reception and was given an email address for the restaurant manager. I wrote to the contact and received and out of office message until mid month, so at this time I have not been refunded and the hotel staff was unhelpful."

"A good hotel although not much is nearby if you are not travelling with a car. Room was good and breakfast was very good. Hotels restaurant was not open but thankfully the restaurant across the street was good. No grocery or convenience stores nearby. Close to the train."
