The closet was a huge walk in style so I was able to unpack and not have to feel like living out of a luggage bag. I loved the in room refrigerator. The shower was powerful and luxurious. "This is a beautiful old hotel property. It has great bones and the rooms have been updated and modernized nicely. That said, there are some very quirky aspects to the property. Firstly, there is no reception - just an automated machine that provides a key card. This means that there is no one to ask about parking, amenities etc. The second thing is that no one speaks English at all. The cleaning staff was very sweet but could not speak a word.
