"The check-in was seamless and the place was very laid out. Great location. We chose to drive downtown but you are ok walking it isn’t that far. I like the idea that we don’t have to worry about loosing keys. It is a keyless entry, what a great idea. We would stay there again."

"Very cozy, clean and warm cottage(it was a cold couple of days). We rented the Lily Pond cottage, it was super clean with two beds. Everything we needed including wine glasses and a bbq. Owner was friendly and accomodating. Shower was nice with plenty of hot water and pressure. Close to hiking, downtown Lunenburg and less than an hour to Liverpool. It was our second stay here and we will be back a third for sure. Very enjoyable stay."

"The staff were knowledgeable and helpful.Love the dispensers in the shower and also the extra pillow in the drawer of the dresser.The breakfast was great and set up well,staff was constantly checking to see if more was needed and made sure things were clean.Enjoyed our stay,will recommend it to everyone and will stay again! Thank you!"

"The owners were friendly and nice and very helpful. The room we had was great very quiet. Lunenburg is a very small town with plenty to see but of course we were two streets off of the main harbour so fantastic right across the street from a really great restaurant. Go check out the Maritime museum. And the blue nose."

"Historical old hotel Built in 1700s.We like it because previous family generations have always visited and socialized here. New osners are workong hafd to run this property. Local people including our famiy love their food and and coffee is excellent. Locals are incrrasing eaging here."
Bridgewater Hotel

"When booking through Expedia, we were not made aware that the hotel was undergoing major renovations. There was active construction during the day and access to rooms was limited or through the construction zone. The room itself had double beds that were very uncomfortable. Air conditioner and fridge were great This is our third night stay in a hotel and we haven’t quite figured out the smart TVs, which was the case in this room as well. Also no security lock on the door which felt a little unsafe. There was a traveller in a room close by, actively smoking cigarettes throughout the night, and no front desk staff to call between the hours of 8 PM and morning, so the sign said The staff were helpful and friendly, and tried to accommodate best they could under the circumstances, but overall, I can’t recommend staying here."

"Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Very new build, extremely clean. Lovely location with stunning views of the ocean! Private, quiet. If you're looking for a quiet place to get away, this is it! Short drive off the 103. Easy to find. And at a very affordable rate. What more do you need !?! :))"
