The Villa Onit is located in the lush rural surroundings of Filipi, in the interior of Istria. This modern 2-bedroom villa has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday: a spacious interior, a swimming pool, an outdoor area for socialising and a panoramic view of the countryside. This villa, which can accommodate 4 people, offers you maximum privacy and is just waiting for you!



The interior of the villa is 120 m² and spans 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find an elegant, modern-furnished space for relaxing and dining. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a dining room and a living room with TV. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare various meals that you can enjoy indoors or outdoors. From every corner of the ground floor you have a magnificent view of the outdoor terrace, complemented by the greenery of the Istrian region.



The villa has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. 1 room is located on the ground floor, while 1 room is on the 1st. Both rooms are equipped with double beds, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and the essential access to the balcony with a view. A good night's sleep and a relaxing afternoon are therefore guaranteed! In the bathrooms, which are equipped with shower cubicles, you will find towels, hair dryers and toiletries.



In the courtyard of Villa Onit you will find a small green oasis. A well-kept lawn is ideal if you have children who can play safely within the fenced property while you relax on the sun loungers. Grill masters can try their hand at preparing a barbecue, this time with the most beautiful view. After lunch and a rest, you can take a dip in the pool and enjoy the clean country air.
