"The kitchen, bathroom and all fixtures of the apoartment are good. The apartment is let down by a number of minor- easy to recify- items.There is no dining table and chairs- you have to eat at breakfast bar with high stools. There are no bedside tables for lamps etc. There is no coffee table,The apartment would be revolutionised if the owners spect Euro 600 on furniture.I would still recommend the apartment, Great location with a great view."

"Room was good size and it was clean. Beds were comfortable and toilet was clean. Air conditioning was ok not cold enough. There was no mini fridge or coffee in the room. The vendor machine sometimes doesn’t work but still charge. They offered free parking and location was great 10 mins drive from central Annecy Lake. I wish we would have stayed longer to explore more."

"Great hotel in a fantastic location. Loved all the amenities in the bar area (screens, darts, games etc) which made our stay really fun (especially during the World Cup). "It's a little drive away from Annecy town. To do the journey by bus, you need to catch the number 3 then change to the number 12 at La Chapelle. The hotel itself is clean, check-in was easy, breakfast wasn't fancy but perfectly fine. My only downside is that it was very very hot while I was there and there was no drinking water available. There is one vending machine in the lobby and water was always sold out. I think the hotel could benefit from a couple of water coolers in the lobby or in the corridors of each floor. For those who don't want to drink from the bathroom tap."

"We arrived quite late on a work trip but the lovely staff at reception offered to make a meal for us and we had the most delicious Entrecote, excellent service and attention. The Hotel is in a beautiful setting and, if I'd had more time I would have loved to explore the walks and villages in the locale. The Hotel building and rooms is quite eclectic with a lot of art available for sale - I'd definitely like to stay again and enjoy the area."
