Great location, easy accessible by public tram, and easy walk to old town, with good restaurants and good sightseeing. The Florida park across for hotel added benefit. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful in assisting with the planning of our daily activities. Would definitely return.

On our way from Lisbon to Cannes

stayed just one night. The only negative is that there was no place de parking inside the hotel. But we found one nearby in a nice public parking. Our room ha a vew of the magnificient park and of the cathedral. Very good buffet breakfast. Vitoria lives its reputation of a green city

The bathroom was very small and dated. The service in the cafeteria was terrible. Every time you wanted a drink or some thing, You had to go down to reception and ask for someone to serve us. Nice hotel, staff a little too regimented

Nice hotel in a nice spot. Staff were ok but very regimented. Breakfast at 8 do not show up 5 minutes earlier that sort of thing. Could have been a little bit more accommodating in this modern age.
