Good place to stop if you want to be close to Bilbao for ferry but not in the middle of a busy city. Plenty of parking. Breakfast had plenty of choice.

Good stopover between France and Spain

Excellent stopover hotel, excellent rooms and friendly staff, made the overnight stay very comfortable. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.

comfortable & clean, with a fab breakfast!

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel, and we loved it as much as the 1st time. We stay overnight on our way home from southern spain, and it is just off the motorway, so not out of our way. Theres plenty of parking, and as i use a mobility scooter now, theres disabled parking and ramps to help to get yourself inside. The reception area is large, and this time we were met by Jane who was very efficient, and politeful and helpful. We were given the same room as before, which is a great help as it is the first room from the dining area. The rooms are large, clean, modern and most of all, comfortable! Breakfast is buffet style, although you can order a hot breakdast if you wish, but with the very large choice we didnt. Theres fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, toasts, breads, and an array of different jams, and also fresh cheeses and cold meats. Hot drinks are also available here too. Im usually not a buffet fan, but i love breakfast here, as everything is so fresh, in fact, i can not say anything against it! Thankyou once again for a great stay, and see you next year!

Avoid if you can.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. No AC in room when required, got given a noisy fan instead. Their spring was like a UK summer so to hot in the room. Windows that only part open even though room temperature was to hot and air was needed. Once window was opened partially you have the noise from the kids running around outside as well as the smokers talking and the smell of smoke from outside the reception entrance. Get a room at the back. Room lighting atrocious. Fixtures are cheap and either falling apart or not fitted properly. Room Door looked like it had been kicked in. Originally booked 2 nights but cancelled 2nd night, so glad I did. Parking great. Staff are great and try to help as best they can but still no AC. I won’t be returning.

Basic clean hotel. Had accessible room for wheelchair user but not very good. Very tight access into bathroom. Disappointed with breakfast offerings. Hotel was pretty full and by 9am lots of breakfast items not replaced. Also ice machine out of order ( was the same two weeks earlier). Not very good in the hot weather.

Muy bien todo en general. Es un hotel con su aparcamiento en la misma puerta de entrada. Check rápido, personal amable. Todo bastante nuevo. Lo que menos ha gustado es la escasez en el desayuno y la calidad de la calidad de las cosas, por ejemplo no había zumo de naranja.

Chiens interdit ?! Non indiqué !

Hôtel interdit aux chiens alors que ce n’est indiqué nulle part ! La personne à l’acceuil nous a laissé entrer avec le chien, faire l'enregistrement et monter à nos chambres. Je suis descendu avec le chien pour le sortir et la même personne à l'accueil m'a dit que l'établissement était interdit aux chiens et qu'il devait dormir dans la voiture ! Il faisait 5 degrés dehors, il était hors de question que je laisse mon chien dormir dehors ! Il a toujours voyagé avec nous sans poser le moindre problème (c'est un petit Yorkshire). Nous avons quitté l'hôtel ne trouvant pas de solution… Ce n'est pas acceptable ni correct surtout que nous étions avec ma fille de 2 ans et demi épuisée par les 8h de route que nous venions de faire ! Nous avons du partir à 1h et reprendre la route !
