Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy

No warning

Was sent confirmation weeks ahead of time, they took my $$. Travelled 6hrs day of check-in. Inquired about property entry code, only to be told property is not available. Spent another 5hrs trying to resolve issue as we now had no place to stay. In the end I received no help in securing any lodging. Trip was ruined.
