"Nice hotel"

"Perfeita, nos mínimos detalhes. Quarto limpo, cheiroso, com roupas de camas igualmente limpas e cheirosas. Excelente café da manhã e refeições deliciosas. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr. Mendes e Sra. Francisca, super atenciosos. Tudo isso dentro da natureza, na reserva de Itatiaia, a 3kms da entrada principal do parque."

We informed the front desk and they said they would check it out. Early in the morning we were woken up by the noise of trucks outside our room. "Recepção excelente, colaborador Pierre super atencioso, gentil e ajuda em tudo que pode. Quarto sem tomada no banheiro, tomadas em posições ruins, péssimo para secar o cabelo. Wi-Fi péssimo, nao funcionou nenhum dia, sem sinal o tempo todo. Café da manhã deixou a desejar, poucas opções de pães, nao tinha geleias nem mel. Pouca reposição tanto de louças e talheres como dos alimentos, coisas simples que podem ser melhoradas. Limpeza ok, área externa bem cuidada, boa estrutura, longe do centro,...
