"We booked this home for the holidays to have an annex house while visiting family who lives in Sparks. We were quite comfortable. The beds are comfy and everyone commented on that! We had plenty of linens and The kitchen was well stocked. It’s also

and we were happy to have a secure backyard. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. Nico was a great host and very responsive to our questions. We would definitely rent here again."
