Welcome to our inviting summer retreat! Nestled in the scenic North End of Virginia Beach, this charming beachfront condo offers a mere stroll to the beach for a delightful vacation experience with two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom comfortably accommodates four with two double beds. Each bedroom comes complete with its own bathroom, TV, and ceiling fan, ensuring a personalized and comfortable stay.
The living room is thoughtfully designed with your relaxation in mind, featuring a TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, and plush furnishings. Outside, a charcoal grill and patio furniture await, creating the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings. Take a refreshing dip in the nearby outdoor pool just steps away. We've curated this condo with our family in mind, making it an ideal destination for your family vacation!
Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets in our condo.
Your stay includes the convenience of two designated parking spaces, thoughtfully labeled (3A).

City health regulations limit occupancy to 3 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping, not occupancy.
Linen package includes fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each guest. Towel sets include: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Additional linens can be rented through our in-house linen company if desired.
Basic toiletries include: 3 rolls or bath tissue for each bathroom, 3 rolls of paper towels, 3 tall trash bags, and kitchen towels. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies if needed.
EPA certified cleaning products used with provided cleaning service!
Non-smoking. No Pets Allowed.
Wash all dishes and return them to their original location.
Return all furniture back to its original position.
Turn lights and small appliances off.
Lock all doors and windows and
Take out all trash from the unit.
Complete any excessive cleaning needs.
No dogs, cats, or other animals shall be kept in or about the Premises by Tenant or Tenant’s guests without the written permission of the Landlord and a one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD) non refundable pet fee being paid per pet. In the event that the Tenant has more pets than permitted or fails to obtain written permission of the Landlord or pay the non refundable pet fee, Tenant hereby agrees to pay Landlord liquidated damages of Two Hundred dollars ($200.00) per pet.
Tenant will surrender all keys and access to the Premises on the date Tenant vacates the premises; failure to return keys or parking passes will result in a One Hundred Twenty Five ($125.00 USD) charge to cover costs of changing locks. If your keys are left in the property and you require Anchor Realty Group to come and unlock the property, a Fifty Dollar ($50 USD) lock out fee will be charged to cover the cost of this service.
All parking passes must be returned to the Anchor Realty Group Office on the date and time the lease expires; failure to return each parking pass will result in a seventy-five ($75.00 USD) charge per pass to cover costs of a new pass.
