"The front desk staff especially Paula and German were excellent. The staff speak English and Spanish. Some speak other languages as well. The restaraunt staff were amazing Angela was my favorite followed closely by Bruno. The breakfast with registration is so worth the fee. Best hotel experience I have had in all of Europe. They are very accommodating and respond quickly. Also a huge plus is that they have room service directly from the Restaraunt. The hotel is one of the best I have stayed. Would recommend to anyone. MYR have several properties in the El Carmen Barrio. All withing walking distance to important venues and sites. Stay at Puerta Serranos and you will not regret it at all."
