Disliked: Check-in, communication
It was not a pleasant experience, from the moment of check in until check out. The check in process was very confusing, and I was charged entrance fee. I needed to pay buggy car, also needed to pay for the bottle water in the villa, there was this lady whose role is not clear to me asked me to pay cash. All these were not communicated when I made the booking. Basically the property is a private one, not related to the hotel. You can't expect a normal hotel experiece, need to figure out how things work by yourself. English communication was a problem. Althought the place is facing the lake, and located inside a beautiful place. But the whole process was too stressful and frustrated to enjoy the beautilful view and the environment. Some bugs inside the bathroom. No hot water during my stay.
