"Hotel is on a quieter section of the Chilean coast far enough away from the condos and touristy areas of Viña Del Mar and Valparaiso. Hotel restaurant was ok. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.Rooms are clean, bathrooms are basic. Pool area was lovely and nestled in the hillside. Many restaurants nearby. Shopping in the area wasn’t great. A visit to Cachagua to see the bird life is not far away and well worth doing. "

"Clean room, comfortable bed, fantastic views. The pool was very nice and we very much enjoyed the jacuzzi. Most of the staff was very friendly. They were over 40 minutes late both days with breakfast which was included with our stay. There was also a problem with being overcharged by the hotel but it was resolved quickly."

"Overall it was a good stay. The breakfast staff was not that friendly but the hostess was really nice. Place was dirty on the outside/windows but the hotel room itself was clean and room service was great. Pool and gym are small but overall good. It was okay overall and would stay again but expected more for the price."

"We enjoyed our stay. The property is a bit dated but it is well maintained with spacious rooms and beautiful views. We were warned a couple of times to be extra cautious if we walked off the property. That didn't give us a lot of confidence especially after having just been robbed in Santiago. The staff at the Sheraton was great. We had two rooms, both upgraded and assigned next to each other without us having to ask. Little thoughtful perks like that are truly appreciated. We usually try to avoid Marriott properties, but this stay was lovely."
