"The property and room was excellent. We liked the location and how quiet it was. The room was spacious, clean and tidied. Management could have told me that the Nuki pad to entee the room wasn't working. I had to call to get a different instruction to access the room."

"I stayed here with my husband and 2 adult daughters. I read the reviews so knew exactly what to expect. The host was very friendly and offered tips prior to our arrival. The location is phenomenal and in the heart of everything. It was surprisingly quiet given that you are located in a busy area with access to restaurants, etc. The court yard had a lot of charm. "This property was perfect for our family. We had a two bedroom apartment. It was perfect for us. The apartment was on a quiet street. There were plenty of restaurant opinions nearby and a coffee shop adjacent that was excellent. Walkable to all major sites. The metro was nearby also which was a plus. The property was very easy to access with a code to open the door. You just have to ensure if you go out all day that your phone is charged to enter the property. The apartment was very clean and...

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in central location. We feel safe as only guests with code can enter the building. The rooftop is wonderful. We have 8 people. For Paris, the apartment is decent size and nicely decorated . Pascal always responded promptly. We had to buy additional soap, shampoo, and toilet papers but it’s no big deal. The dryer took very long to dry (3-4 hrs for a small load) so we did not use much because of that. Other than that, it’s a great experience. Thank you."

"Wonderful location, close to everything. We were upgraded to a bigger unit by the host in the same building. We love the open space and large windows opening to the street. Very spacious for a group of 3 adults. The host was very nice and allowed us to check-in an hour early. Host also sent a nice recommendation of restaurants nearby. We would stay here again in the future. The apartment is on the 4th floor with narrow, steep and uneven staircases so keep that in mind."

"Great Apartment near everything in the city of Paris, France. It was roomy. However, if city noise is a problem for you, this place would not be suitable. You are right smack in the middle of the city and that comes with city noise. We enjoy it and love walking everywhere. The owner was so help in everything. We would definitely would book it again, when we go back to Paris."

"This space was pretty small, as we were coming from London where we had more rooms and an additional bathroom, but this location was just perfect! We traveled in the first week of June 2024 - two adults and our two children (16 and 18 years old). It was SO EASY to get around on the metro from this location, and of course walking to the Eiffel Tower each night was easy, too. There are a lot of restaurants around the neighborhood, really, you can't get better than this apartment! 100% recommend!"
