Rent Duplex Studio equipped for 4 people on the village of Villard de Lans in the Vercors.

Located in a small and quiet residence near the city center (only 5 min walk from the Town Hall Square) this 25m2 apartment was renovated in 2014 (floor, wall, stairs, windows). It has a terrace of 6m2 facing south with views of the hill baths (toboggan) and the alpine ski area Villard-Corrençon.

A green trail "back Village" allows to return to ski if the snow permits the field and stops in front of the residence.

Downstairs: entrance, bathroom with bath, living room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4 hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, raclette / stone, coffee maker, kettle, electric bbq), Sony Iphone 4 radio dock
Upstairs: TV corner with sofa bed, TV stand, TV 26 '' LED with integrated DVD player (+ USB), Wii with games, sleeping area with bunk beds and 140x190 foldaway bed (slatted base + mattress), chest of drawers and low storage

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est conforme aux photos et descriptions, bien aménagé, belle vue sur les montagnes et à 5 mn du centre de Villard de Lans.

On a passé un super weekend !

Studio en duplex bien agencé et agréable situé juste aux pieds des pistes de luge et du parc de jeux enfants. Très facile d'aller à pied au centre ville où on trouve de quoi s'occuper et manger. Même si la neige n'était pas au rdv, nous avons profité de la patinoire, la piscine, le bowling, le trampoline ! Il y a plein de balades à faire pour tous les styles de marcheurs. Les commerçants sont super sympas ! On peut tout faire à pied depuis le studio, la navette gratuite passe devant pour aller en station, c'est vraiment cool de laisser la voiture sur le parking de la résidence. On retournera à coup sûr !

Appartement petit mais bien agencé pour un couple ; très belle vue en été sur la colline des Bains et les montagnes. Idéal pour échapper au bruit des voitures et à l'agitation de la ville.

Cet appartement est bien situé mais en arrivant nous avons remarqué une fuite du robinet de la baignoire obliger de fermer l’eau à chaque fois , lunette des toilettes cassées , néon dans la cuisine doute qui avait du cramé, le lit inconfortable et le petit canapé .la vaisselle à chaque fois que l’on prenait quelque chose fallait relaver c’etait sale.nous avons été très déçu et c’est sur que l’on ne renouvellera pas une location de cet appartement. Nous avons louer cet appartement pour cet été et étant invité à un événement en juin nous avions louer cet appartement mais avions déjà remarqué la lunette des toilettes cassée ...mais nous avions déjà payé pour la location de ce mois c’est dommage car on se rend tout les ans à villard

la lumière est insuffisante dans la salle de bains , et pour ce qui concerne le coin nuit à l'étage il n'y a pas d'éclairage correct depuis le bas d’où la nécessité de laisser allumer en bas avant de monter l'escalier !!

Quel belle vue quand on prend ses repas sur le balcon! c'est le top Studio très bien situé, en dehors du centre ville Cuisine très bien équipée L'escalier pour accéder à la mezzanine est raide et la salle de bain d'un autre âge!!! Le propriétaire est très arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ

c'est un studio qui possède tous les atouts pour un séjour au ski en famille , tres fonctionnel, avec une magnifique vue sur le luge park . la prise en main est très bien organisée , et le propriétaire ,Mr Beaujean nous a apporté toute son aide pour découvrir la région ,dans les meilleurs conditions. à louer absolument !

Nous étions 3 dans le studio duplex de Villard de lans, appartement agréable et douillet. Le + de l'appartement: la vue est magnifique (vue sur les pistes), bien placé par rapport au centre du village, salle de bain spacieuse, étage cocooning et cuisine équipee (lave vaisselle, frigo, micro ondes, four) Le - de l'appartement le coin salon/cuisine un peu petit (plus petit que l'étage), l'escalier étroit et le 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre séjour à Villard de lans
