An island of tranquility within the city

I’ve stayed at this place several times, I always enjoy it although room conditions may need more attention, such as broken locks or doors specially in the lower level of by the complex. Friendly and professional staff, safe facilities, I love the large green, pet friendly space surrounding the complex, overall, a great stay!

Room smells of mould. Pipe under bathroom sink leaks. Drink service at pool is not good. Have to go inside to find someone after 30 minutes. Then another 20 minutes to receive the drinks. Never came back to ask if we would like more. Housekeeping staff very friendly and nice. Great location. Nice pool.

Old and run down property

The photos of this property are in no way accurate for its present condition. This 1970s building was probably renovated in the 90s as the building is corroding and peeling. The bathroom was in good condition and the beds comfortable, but the first room had a very noisy air conditioner. When we asked to move, the manager should have offered to take us to review the condition of the new room. But I had to ask. Following this type of guest request, only a manager should make sure the guest experience is perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, including the bell boys, housekeepers and room service. Additionally, note the pet fee adds 43% to the room cost. That’s extremely high and was not available when booking. Hotels.com needs to force their partner properties to be transparent with pet fees and all other fees.

Hotel Cencali

Hotel is a bit worn, but they are VERY busy renovating rooms. Lovely pool! Everyone is really nice.

Didn't live up to what i would consider a quality hotel. Room smelled musty and moldy, no lamp at bedside - you had to get out of bed to turn on and off, mattress felt like it had been slept in by a series of 400 lb men, shower had someone else's hair in the drain. Breakfast was expensive but very mediocre except for the freash fruit.
