"When we arrived at the hotel the front door was so heavy that I actually thought it was locked so I rang the bell which didn’t please the receptionist. She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that hotel parking was extra and that I had to pay extra for the dogs on checking in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was quite dirty as per photos. We had a balcony but OMG it was filthy with broken paving slabs, numerous weeds and puddles of water. I have stayed in other 3* hotels in Spain which...

"The breakfast was healthy with loads of choices. Also lots of gluten free options.
The hotel has impressive views of the cathedral and there is a quick shortcut through the back of the hotel, to a path that leads to the bridge and city. 15 minutes maximum at a slow pace.
Staff very friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t find a fault.
Parking at the hotel was easy directly outside the hotel.
We loved the hotel. Thank you for a lovely wonderful 2 night stay. "

"We had a wonderful six-night stay. The hotel has a great location - short walk from the plaza but far enough way to escape the crowds. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very professional.
