A great location at the heart of downtown, walk ball too many attractions. Very friendly and accommodating stuff.

Very comfortable modern hotel in a good location. Nice lounge bar with a clubby vibe as there’s a popular nightclub in the hotel- very busy at night. The pool was actually in the club! So not somewhere you could lounge around unfortunately. Hired some ebikes from the hotel and went on a fantastic ride around the park

Excellent stay/location in Yaletown with close access to transit and restaurants. Great spacious and comfortable room/bed. Courteous and professional staff. Elevator access/availability like no where else! (No waiting) Breakfast was top notch. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very nicely funished and clean and the staff was very nice.

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The building is in a safe, quiet, and very walkable neighbourhood with lots of dining options nearby. The suite was spotless and having a full-size kitchen was a huge plus. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The outdoor pool and hot tub were fantastic, though I didn’t check out the gym or steam room. I also really enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower – a nice touch. A couple of small misses: no complimentary water (still or sparkling), and no coffee creamer provided (powder or half & half would have been nice). Overall, an excellent choice for an extended stay or anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location.
