The staff is excellent . . the breakfast is very good . . there is a nice restaurant near the hotel where I had a good meal . . the area around the hotel is OK for a short walk. The most prestigious area in La Paz is the Southern district. It would take you 20 minutes to get there by a taxi. Taxi ...
