"If you didn’t rent a car, be prepared to walk up a hill! Castle is quiet and beautiful. No amenities around and you need to prebook if you want food while there. There’s no fridge/glasses so factor that in if you’re enjoying wine or food there! "

"It was perfect. Great location. Spacious and very clean room. Excellent service from all staff members. Within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio, shops, Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. Lots of thanks to Frederico, Diego, Ida and Carolina. We had a fabulous dinner at Trattoria Tito and other nearby restaurants under 7mins walk from Ruby Bea. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Excellent English skills plus willing to assist like booking a cab, holding our packages and available to answer our questions. Thank you all for an awesome time."

"The property and staff were incredible! The only dislike was the drinks at the bar were VERY expensive. Otherwise a great experience, delicious food and fantastic staff. I sent the staff several questions before our arrival and they were very responsive. They also helped us set up an airport ride in the morning."
