"Hotel is clean and rooms are large. Not walkable. U need a car to go anywhere. There is couple of restaurants near hotel that are ok. Feels isolated. Lecco is about 18m drive."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Maria and Daniel at reception, who made us feel very welcomed. We were offered a free 90 minute spa and enjoyed it. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel costing 20 euros, cheaper than what we were quoted by Uber. We managed to book the hotel shuttle back to the airport, costing 5 euros per person. Would have been better if the shuttle ran for a longer period of time instead of the very restricted time, and if the driver would help with the luggage. "

"Booked a king superior room. Bed was huge, but the hotel does not provide any water or tea/coffee maker. Of course you can order room service or use the mini bar. I was expecting a bottle of water and a coffee maker. I paid for spa access and enjoyed the facilities. I thought the breakfast buffet was ok. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff at check in.Always approachable and staff very welcoming at breakfast time.Nothing was a problem.We had an early check out and breakfast box’s were provided and a taxi booked to take us back to the airport approx €26.Room was clean and serviced every day.No hotel bar, but fridges with cold drinks available to purchase, and reasonably priced.We had a ground floor room 122 and no noise from the road or nearby station."
