  • House at B Nayar 109—new, beautiful, spacious, with a pool, rooftop garden, and comfortable amenities, plus access to a beach club just a few metres away. 4 bedrooms (one on the ground floor at ground level), 4 full bathrooms for your convenience, and access to a beach club with pools, sports courts, a spa, and a restaurant. Pool, rooftop garden, and beach club just a few metres away.<br>The rental of the house includes free access to the beach club for 6 guests<br>From the 7th to the 12th visit, you would pay:<br>1. From one month to 3 years (no charge)<br>2. Ages 4 to 12 ($120 pesos)<br>pay 50% of the fee<br>3. Ages 13 and up ($120 pesos) 4. Beach club towel fee ($20 pesos).
