"They didn’t know we were coming. Ran in to make beds and leave two bottles of water. No heat, no TV…absolutely not as advertised, but charged beyond full price when we asked to leave. Terrible experience with absolutely no one on site to communicate with."

Centrally located, easy to walk everywhere and for all main attractions. Luigi, the host, was a prince… so kind, warm, and helpful. "We spent too nights at Elisabetta's villa and it wasn't long enough! We loved the pool area and used the barbeque and outdoor seating one evening. Elisabetta was very helpful in advice on where to shop, eat and explore. We spent one evening in Martina Franco in the old square for dinner which was worth a visit, with great food and a buzzy atmosphere. The kids(23 and 21) slept in the twin bedded room and just fit into the beds, but my son is 6ft 3 so worth mentioning as the photo makes them look...

Plenty of space inside and equipped with everything we could need. Only a short drive from the lovely town of Ceglie Messapica and lots of other beautiful places to explore nearby. "We arrived a little later than planned due to a 2 hour flight delay but were greeted enthusiastically by the owner’s mother who spoke no English. We muddled through the walk through of this amazingly beautiful trulli but later the owner and her daughter came and explained a little more in English. The trulli is picture postcard beautiful both inside and out. I like to cook so found the kitchen a little lacking. I did however learn to use a Bialetti caffitiera and cook porridge on the stove...

"The trulli is a quaint, comfortable, attractive property. It is compact, but has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The outside area is private. It is a perfect place to relax, enjoy a glass of wine and read a book. My only quibble is that the property could use use a new shower head. Highly recommended."
