It's not a new motel so it's a little dated. It's well cared for though. I'll definitely be staying here the next time I'm in the area"

You feel like you’re miles away in the country and yet only 5 min to downtown Boone and all the amenities you need. Views were gorgeous, house was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed! "We stayed at this property the week before July 4th, the house had enough space for our group of 18 people, the views of the property and the neighbor's horses were amazing. We especially enjoyed the open back yard area where we played many rounds of corn hole and the tennis courts. The temperature was wonderful for the middle of summer so we all enjoyed being outside. "Stayed with my extended family, ages 12-60, and 3 dogs. We all loved it. The house was very clean and comfortable, and had great views. It was so nice that the property was fenced and dogs could roam. The weather was fantastic with temps ranging from upper 50s to mid-80s in late July. Meanwhile temps at home in Arlington VA were hitting 100. It was a great escape!"

Pillows in tatters, couches and chairs were gross. Coffeemakers were all broken. This property definitely needs a makeover. If that bothers you, you’ll want to stay somewhere else."

"We so enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for families to have their space while still utilizing the comfortable group lounging areas and prepping food to enjoy for a crowd.
