"I had the pleasure of staying here a number of nights and it is an excellent hotel. Lovely reception staff and a nice new hotel so everything is in great condition and wonderful cleaning team keeping everything shining. The room was very nice and well appointed, with a good bathroom and excellent water pressure. An easy ride on the R4 line straight into central Barcelona and made for easy holiday visits. A nice quiet town so a relief from the hustle n bustle of the city, and a good cafe across the road. Highly recommend to those visiting Barcelona and who are okay with a short R4 ride to stay in a good quality hotel. Only two small things: firstly would be ideal to have a slip-mat in the shower as it is quite slippy when wet. Other was that unfortunately the restaurant staff let the hotel down as they were disinterested in serving guests (ignored us sat down, was clearly an inconvenience to serve us a drink) and so a unfortunate negative. But otherwise a great hotel."

"Very disappointing experience. There was no staff available at reception or anywhere in the property during our stay. We only saw one staff member briefly during check-in, and after that there was no one to assist us at all. The rooms are not cleaned during the day after you leave, and if anything runs out, there’s no one to ask or get help from. Overall, it felt very unmanaged and lacking basic service."

"Nice hotel, allowed early check in however our room (310) the hot water didn’t work in the shower and the phone in the room also did not work so had to go to reception to get room service. Informed the front desk about the phone but nothing was done prior to us checking out. Told them again at checkout and was offered a coffee and breakfast however we were leaving immediately after checking out to catch our flight."

"Very Basic accommodation. No glassware to even have a glass of water. One bed sheet as your blanket and one pillow that has seen better days. Staff not friendly or helpful. I felt like I checked in to a shelter."
