Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Asked for an iron board and kettle and was brought to room straight away. So much choice for Breakfast and the freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing

Clean room, staff and amenities were excellent

We had a fantastic stay at the Barcelo hotel in Tenerife and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who brought so much energy and fun to each day, and the bar staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and quick with a smile. There was always something going on for those who wanted to get involved, from activities during the day to lively evening entertainment, but it never felt overwhelming if you preferred to relax instead. The balance was just right. The buffet food had a great variety of dishes to choose from each day. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and catered to a range of tastes, so there was always something to look forward to at mealtimes. We were there out of season so can’t comment on the kids club etc as there weren’t many children. Rooms were a great size and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Overall, it was a great holiday experience with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, great food, and a team of staff who clearly care about making your stay special. Definitely recommended.

Room was kept spotlessly clean by the cleaning team but the bathroom and bed were a bit tired and could be doing with being upgraded.

Stayed with a group on a golf holiday. Room only so cant comment on reasturant food. Poolside snack bar very good a reasonable prices. Rooms clean and comfortable. Location has everything nearby. Hotel attracts all ages but found most in the younger category. Pool can get noisy at times. Overall good clean budget accommodation, and would probably return.
